West End CrossFit is a gym focused on helping its members achieve the highest level of fitness they are capable of. You will find no machines within our walls. Instead you will find barbells, kettlebells, rowers, jump ropes, pull up bars, medicine balls and plyo boxes. Our workouts are constantly varied, short and intense and can be tailored to fit a wide range of fitness levels from the previously sedentary to the elite athlete. We offer group personal training in addition to one on one personal training.
